Recruitment Positions

I. Bilingual Foreign Trade Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the overseas market for the company's 3D printing series products, expand overseas customer resources, and achieve sales performance goals;
• Communicate with overseas customers in both Chinese and English through emails, exhibitions, platforms and other channels, accurately connect customer needs, follow up the entire order process, and ensure the smooth delivery of orders;
• Responsible for overseas market research and analysis, collect market trends and competitor information, and put forward suggestions for product optimization and market expansion;
• Assist in sorting out, translating and promoting the company's Chinese and English product promotional materials, and cooperate with overseas branches in business connection;
• Maintain the company's overseas brand image, handle overseas customer complaints and feedback, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, English or related fields, CET-6 or above in English, fluent in spoken English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English, and able to carry out bilingual business communication without obstacles;
• 1-3 years of relevant foreign trade work experience, experience in foreign trade in 3D printing, electronic products, building materials and other industries is preferred, familiar with foreign trade processes, customs declaration, letter of credit operation and other related knowledge;
• Strong market development awareness, communication and coordination skills, pressure resistance, strong sense of goal, and ability to develop customers independently;
• Familiar with the operation of mainstream overseas foreign trade platforms (such as Alibaba, Amazon, Made-in-China, etc.), with good customer service awareness and team spirit;
• Knowledge of 3D printing related products is preferred, and able to adapt to occasional overseas business trips.

II. Bilingual Translator

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Chinese-English mutual translation of various company documents, including product manuals, technical documents, business contracts, promotional copy, meeting minutes, etc., ensuring accurate, fluent translation and compliance with industry standards;
• Assist in overseas market promotion, be responsible for the Chinese-English translation and proofreading of product promotional materials, official website content and social media copy, ensuring the accurate transmission of information;
• Cooperate with various departments in bilingual communication, provide on-site interpretation, meeting translation and other support, and help solve cross-language communication barriers;
• Maintain the company's Chinese-English terminology database, update terms in a timely manner, and ensure the consistency and professionalism of translation;
• Assist in sorting out overseas industry information and competitor information, complete Chinese-English translation and summary, and provide support for company decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in English, Translation, Business English or related fields, TEM-8 is preferred, with solid Chinese and English language skills, accurate and rigorous translation, no grammatical errors;
• 1-2 years of relevant translation work experience, experience in translation in 3D printing, technology, foreign trade and other industries is preferred, familiar with industry professional terms;
• Good writing skills and logical thinking ability, able to quickly understand the core content of complex documents and efficiently complete translation tasks;
• Serious and responsible, careful and rigorous in work, with strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to complete various translation tasks on time;
• Familiar with office software, proficient in translation tools (such as Trados) is preferred, with good team spirit.

III. Bilingual Marketing Promotion Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and execution of the company's overseas market promotion activities, including online platform operation, offline exhibition promotion, etc., to improve the overseas popularity and market share of products;
• Write Chinese and English marketing promotion copy, poster copy, short video scripts, etc., cooperate with the design team to complete the production of promotion materials, and adapt to the cultural habits of overseas markets;
• Operate overseas social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), publish Chinese and English promotion content, interact and maintain fans, and improve account activity;
• Track the effect of overseas promotion, analyze data, optimize promotion strategies, reduce promotion costs and improve promotion efficiency;
• Assist in connecting with overseas partners, cooperate in carrying out joint promotion activities, collect market feedback, and optimize promotion plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Advertising, English, Business English or related fields, CET-6 or above in English, with fluent oral and written expression skills in both Chinese and English;
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in overseas marketing promotion, experience in promotion in 3D printing and electronic products industry is preferred, familiar with overseas market promotion channels and strategies;
• Strong copywriting and creative abilities, able to write attractive Chinese and English promotion content combined with the characteristics of overseas markets;
• Familiar with the operation rules of overseas social media platforms, with certain data analysis ability, able to optimize promotion plans according to data;
• Active and enthusiastic in work, with good communication and coordination skills, pressure resistance and team spirit.
