1. General Warranty Provisions

This Warranty Statement is formulated and issued by Guangdong SUNLU Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUNLU", "we", "us" or "our"), specially designed to regulate the after-sales warranty services of 3D printing consumables, accessories and other products under the SUNLU brand, clarify the rights and obligations of both buyers and sellers, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. This Statement only applies to brand-new genuine products purchased through SUNLU Official Website, official online stores and authorized dealers. Products purchased from informal channels, second-hand resale and counterfeit products are not covered by this warranty. Before purchasing and using SUNLU products, please read all contents of this Statement carefully. Normal use of the product shall be deemed as recognition and acceptance of all terms of this Statement. We will strictly provide corresponding warranty services for eligible products in accordance with the provisions of this Statement.

2. Warranty Period

1. 3D Printing Filaments (including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and other conventional consumables): Enjoy a 6-month warranty service from the date of user receipt. For unopened and properly stored unused filaments, the warranty period can be extended to 12 months from the date of production;

2. Photosensitive Resin Consumables: Enjoy a 3-month warranty service from the date of user receipt. It must be sealed and stored away from light in strict accordance with the product instructions. The warranty period for unopened products is 6 months from the date of production;

3. 3D Printing Accessories (including nozzles, heat dissipation tubes, filament holders, dry boxes and other supporting accessories): Enjoy a 12-month warranty service from the date of user receipt, excluding man-made damage;

4. Special customized products, promotional gifts and trial products: Not covered by conventional warranty services. If there are quality problems upon receipt, you can apply for replacement within 7 days after receipt.

3. Warranty Scope and Content

Under the premise of normal use, proper storage and strict operation in accordance with the product instructions, if the product has the following non-man-made quality problems, users can apply for free maintenance, replacement or reissue within the corresponding warranty period with valid purchase certificates (the specific treatment method shall be determined by SUNLU after-sales team according to the actual situation):

  • 3D printing filaments have uneven material, serious wire breakage, abnormal extrusion, deterioration and caking (non-moisture reasons), and cannot complete normal printing;
  • Photosensitive resin has solidification, deterioration, stratification, excessive impurities, cannot be cured and formed normally, and is not caused by improper storage;
  • 3D printing accessories have functional failures, material damage, missing parts (factory defects), and cannot be assembled and used normally;
  • The product outer package is intact, but the internal product has missing parts, wrong delivery, inconsistent model, and feedback within 7 days after receipt.

4. Non-warranty Scope

Product damage, failure or inability to use normally caused by the following reasons are not covered by this warranty. We do not provide free maintenance, replacement or reissue services, but can provide paid maintenance or replacement suggestions:

  • Users fail to operate, use and store in accordance with the product instructions, resulting in moisture, exposure, pollution and deterioration of consumables, and man-made bumps, falls, disassembly and modification of accessories;
  • Inability to use consumables normally or abnormal adaptation of accessories due to improper parameter setting, equipment failure and compatibility problems of 3D printers;
  • Damage and extrusion deformation caused during logistics transportation shall be verified and fed back on the spot upon receipt. Logistics damage fed back after receipt will not be accepted;
  • Product damage caused by force majeure, accidents and environmental factors (such as high temperature, humidity, corrosive environment);
  • Products exceeding the corresponding warranty period, unable to provide valid purchase certificates, or with product identification and anti-counterfeiting labels tampered or damaged;
  • Natural loss during normal use, such as normal consumption of filaments, normal wear of nozzles, normal consumption of resin, etc.

5. Warranty Application Process

1. Warranty Application: Users shall submit a warranty application through SUNLU Official Website online customer service or customer service email (support@3dsunlu.com) within the warranty period, providing order number, purchase certificate, photos and videos of product problems and detailed problem description;

2. Review and Treatment: The after-sales team will complete the review within 1-3 working days, determine whether it meets the warranty conditions, and inform the user of the specific treatment plan (maintenance, replacement or reissue);

3. Return and Reissue: For products meeting the replacement and maintenance conditions, users need to return the problematic products according to after-sales instructions, and the freight shall be borne by SUNLU; after the review is passed, we will complete the reissue or maintenance return within 7 working days;

4. Special Instructions: Non-essential freight and secondary damage costs incurred during the warranty shall be borne by the responsible party; the warranty period of the replaced product shall continue the remaining warranty period of the original product, and shall not be recalculated.

6. Other Instructions

This Warranty Statement only applies to products purchased and used in the mainland of the People's Republic of China. The warranty of cross-border orders shall be handled separately in accordance with the after-sales rules of the corresponding region. We reserve the right of final interpretation of the content of this Warranty Statement, and can revise it in a timely manner according to product iteration and service optimization. The revised content will take effect after being published on SUNLU Official Website. This Statement supplements SUNLU User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and matters not covered herein shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations on consumer rights protection.
