1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is concluded by and between Guangdong SUNLU Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUNLU", "we", "us" or "our") and users, serving as the core rule regulating users' behaviors including visiting the SUNLU Official Website, shopping in the online store, purchasing 3D printing filaments, photosensitive resins, accessories and other products, as well as enjoying customer service consultation, after-sales service and participating in brand activities. When users complete account registration, login, order placement or actually use SUNLU's relevant products and services, they shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and completely agreed to all terms of this Agreement and be voluntarily bound by it. If users disagree with any content of this Agreement, they shall immediately stop using all SUNLU products and services. We reserve the right to revise this Agreement in a timely manner in accordance with the update of laws and regulations, business operation adjustment and service optimization. The revised Agreement shall take effect after being published on the official website, and users' continued use of services shall be deemed to agree to the revised terms.
2. Account Registration and Usage Specifications
When registering an account, users shall provide true, accurate, complete and valid personal information, and shall not register with false information, others' information or illegal information. If information changes, users shall update and maintain it in a timely manner. Users shall properly keep accounts, passwords and relevant verification information, bear full responsibility for all operations, orders and behaviors under the account, and are strictly prohibited from renting, lending, transferring or selling the account to others, or using the account to engage in illegal acts, acts infringing SUNLU's legitimate rights and interests or disrupting platform order. If users find account theft, abnormal login or illegal use, they shall immediately contact SUNLU customer service to take measures such as freezing and retrieval. Users shall bear responsibility for account losses and rights damages caused by improper keeping or operational errors of their own.
3. Product and Service Description
SUNLU provides users with 3D printing filaments, photosensitive resins, 3D printing accessories and relevant supporting services through the official website and online store. All product information, parameters, prices, inventory, pictures and usage instructions shall be subject to the display on the official website. We try our best to ensure the information is true and accurate, but slight errors may occur due to technology, layout, suppliers and other reasons. Please check carefully before placing an order. Product prices include fees within the marked range by default, excluding additional fees such as logistics freight and import taxes (cross-border orders), and relevant fees shall be subject to the order settlement page. We will arrange delivery in accordance with order agreements and logistics rules. Users shall bear relevant responsibilities and fees for undeliverable, returned or lost goods caused by their own reasons such as wrong receiving information, unknown address or no one signing for.
4. Order and Transaction Rules
User's submission of an order shall be deemed an offer to purchase, and the transaction between both parties shall be formally established after SUNLU confirms the order delivery. Users shall complete order payment through compliant payment methods, and payment links are processed by formal third-party payment institutions. Users shall ensure the legality and validity of payment information. After submitting an order, users may apply for cancellation or modification before delivery; orders that have been delivered shall apply for return and exchange in accordance with after-sales rules. We reserve the right to reject abnormal orders, false orders and malicious orders. If an order is found to have fraud, malicious arbitrage, illegal operation and other acts, we have the right to cancel the order, freeze the account and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
5. After-sales and Return & Exchange Rules
SUNLU provides users with after-sales service in strict accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and platform rules. For problems caused by non-user reasons such as product quality problems and logistics damage, users may apply for return, exchange, repair or reissue in accordance with the law; free return and exchange are not applicable to situations such as improper use, improper storage, operational errors, failure to use in accordance with product instructions, man-made damage, damp consumables and customized products (special customized styles) by users themselves. Users shall apply for after-sales service within the specified time limit and provide relevant proof such as product problems and order information. We will process in accordance with corresponding procedures after review. For returns and exchanges, products shall be guaranteed with complete packaging, complete accessories and no impact on secondary sales (except for quality problems).
6. User Rights and Obligations
Users have the right to use SUNLU products and services in accordance with the agreement, enjoy corresponding after-sales protection, and put forward opinions, suggestions and feedback on products and services; at the same time, users shall abide by national laws and regulations and the terms of this Agreement, and shall not use SUNLU platform, products and services to engage in illegal acts, infringement, false publicity, malicious bad reviews, batch malicious orders and other illegal acts, shall not spread illegal, vulgar and infringing content, shall not crack or attack SUNLU official website and data system, and shall not steal or disclose other users' information or SUNLU trade secrets. Users shall respect SUNLU's intellectual property rights, brand rights and business reputation, and shall not unauthorized use SUNLU trademarks, logos, product pictures, technical materials and other contents for commercial purposes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights and Disclaimer
All contents of SUNLU Official Website and online store, including but not limited to words, pictures, videos, logos, trademarks, product design, technical materials, page layout, etc., whose intellectual property rights are owned by Guangdong SUNLU Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by law. Without written authorization, no user shall unauthorized copy, disseminate, modify, commercially use or authorize others to use them. We are committed to providing high-quality and stable products and services, but SUNLU shall not be responsible for user losses, service interruptions or abnormal product use caused by force majeure, network failures, reasons of third-party logistics/payment institutions, user's own operational errors and other reasons not attributable to SUNLU. We will try our best to assist users in solving problems.
8. Agreement Termination and Liability for Breach of Contract
Users may apply for account cancellation by themselves to terminate this Agreement. After account cancellation, we will stop providing services to users; if users violate the terms of this Agreement, laws and regulations, or act maliciously to damage SUNLU's rights and interests, we have the right to take measures such as warning, restricting account functions, freezing accounts, terminating services and canceling orders. If the circumstances are serious, we will pursue users' legal responsibilities in accordance with the law. After the termination of the Agreement, clauses on intellectual property rights, disclaimer, liability bearing and dispute resolution in this Agreement shall remain valid.
9. Dispute Resolution and Others
Disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties first; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where Guangdong SUNLU Technology Co., Ltd. is located. The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions).
